Reception at The Vista 3,000 sq ft building with panoramic views of the Western North Carolina mountains, featuring industrial chic design interior
Transportation from parking to ceremony site in our 15 passenger shuttle
Chairs for both ceremony and reception (setup/breakdown included)
Tables for reception (setup/breakdown included)
Bride's Retreat and Groom's Lounge for getting ready
Ceremony Arch Wooden Arch for Ceremony
Patio & Game Lawn Includes cornhole, giant jenga, lawn seating, cocktail tables, propane patio heaters if needed
Fire Pit Wood provided, services included for starting and stoking
Rehearsal Access to the venue property for rehearsal the day prior

"Day Of" Planning
Our “Day Of” Wedding Planning package includes services beginning eight weeks before your wedding and the ability to select additional services from the planning a la carte menu. This package is perfect for couples who prefer to take charge of their wedding planning but want a professional to step in and make sure everything runs smoothly in the final stretch.

Partial Planning
Our Partial Wedding Planning Package includes services beginning six months before your wedding. This package is for the couple who wants more in-depth planning services so they can focus on the elements they enjoy most, and offers extensive support and coordination.

Full Planning
Our Full Wedding Planning Package includes services beginning upon booking for couples who want to hand over the reins to a trusted professional and enjoy the journey without the stress. Whether you’re just starting or feeling overwhelmed, we’ll walk you through every step—from venue layout to your final song. Together, we’ll design, plan, and coordinate a meaningful celebration that reflects your story and style.

A planning package is required for every booking unless an outside professional planner has already been contracted.
Step 3: Select Your Add-Ons
+ Rental Inventory Access to our extensive inventory including centerpieces, linens, decor, signage, furniture, and accessory tables
+ Place Settings (Dinner Plate, Dessert Plate, Water Goblet, Fork, Knife, Dessert Fork)
+ Refreshment Station Pre-ceremony refreshment station set up with beverages, garnishes, and signage
+ Sparkler Send Off Sparklers for each guest, line up & lighting service
+ Onsite Rehearsal Dinner from 5pm-9pm the evening prior to your wedding including tables, chairs, place settings, table runners, vendor referrals, staff, transportation, setup/breakdown, trash removal
+ Additional Hours of Access Included Day of Access is 10am - 10pm
+ Accommodations at The Cottage On-Site
