Reception at The Vista Celebrate in our 3,000 sq. ft. reception venue, The Vista, featuring panoramic views of the Western North Carolina mountains. The modern, industrial-inspired interior offers a clean and versatile backdrop for your reception design.
Guest Transportation Complimentary shuttle service is provided from the parking area to your ceremony site using our 15-passenger vehicle — a simple, welcoming touch for your guests.
Ceremony & Reception Seating Chairs are provided for both ceremony and reception, with all setup and breakdown included.
Wooden Farmhouse Tables Reception tables are included and arranged to complement your layout, with setup and breakdown provided.
Bride's Retreat A thoughtfully designed space reserved for the bridal party to get ready and enjoy the quiet moments before your ceremony.
Ceremony Arch Our wooden ceremony arch is available for your use and can be styled to match your aesthetic.
Patio & Game Lawn Enjoy access to our wrap-around patio and game lawn, complete with cornhole, giant Jenga, lawn seating, cocktail tables, and propane heaters when needed — a relaxed and fun gathering space your guests will love.
Fire Pit Firewood and full fire-pit service are included, creating a warm, inviting place for guests to gather as the evening unfolds.
Rehearsal Access You’re welcome to use the venue for rehearsal the day before your wedding, allowing everyone to feel comfortable and prepared.
Site Visits Enjoy two additional site visits for planning purposes, whether with family, planners, or vendors.

+Planning Package "Day Of", Partial, Or Full Planning (All weddings are required to have a professional planner)
+ Rental Inventory Access to our extensive inventory including centerpieces, linens, decor, signage, furniture, and accessory tables
+ Place Settings (Dinner Plate, Dessert Plate, Water Goblet, Fork, Knife, Dessert Fork)
+ Refreshment Station Pre-ceremony refreshment station set up with beverages, garnishes, and signage
+ Sparkler Send Off Sparklers for each guest, line up & lighting service
+ Onsite Rehearsal Dinner from 5pm-8pm the evening prior to your wedding including tables, chairs, place settings, table runners, vendor referrals, staff, transportation, setup/breakdown, trash removal
+ Additional Hours of Access Included Day of Access is 10am - 10pm
