Service Description
This energizing 60-minute class targets your core and glutes through a mix of strength and resistance training, sculpting movements, and controlled core work. Expect a dynamic combination of glute activation, core stability exercises, and bodyweight circuits designed to tone your midsection, tighten your lower body and build strong, lifted glutes. All levels welcome.

Cancellation Policy
**Scheduling & Cancellation Policy** Please reserve your spot in advance when possible. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows. If you cannot attend a reserved class, please cancel **at least 12 hours before class** so others may join. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class being deducted from a class pass. Memberships renew monthly and may be canceled with **7 days’ notice before the next billing date**.
